Bass Chick

This was the most frustrating image to date. -_- The sketching and coloring were about the only thing that was fun about this one! First off I had announced it done... In a housefull of musicians and that quickly went downward...

"Why is she playing a right handed bass left handed?"
"Where are the knobs?"
"Where's the pick-up?"
"The neck isn't suppose to go all the way down."
"You should put stripes on the body."
"The frets are backwards."
"Yeah they are suppose to get smaller as they go down not up!"

-_- I never had to make so many corrections. It was so brutal. Sadly I couldn't do anything about the fact that I drew a right handed bass being played left handed but the rest I went down and fixed everything they complained about one by one. @-@ I dunno if I'll draw another instrument for a while, either that or I'll be starting at one and sketching it EXACTLY. I thinkg this is actually the most in depth drawing I've ever done. The shading turned out really really well. The line art coulda used some work, and I think I coulda done better on the skin but the hair and clothes and the body of the base turned out the best. xP Probably going to end up on a t-shirt too. xD My second job.
